Smoked Salmon Dip

This is a quick and easy recipe that will surely be the hit of any picnic or gathering.

Ingredients:

2 Bricks of regular Philadelphia Cream Cheese – not the spreadable kind
1/2 Pound of moist Smoked Salmon
Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Salt – not garlic powder
Bottled Clam Nectar
Cappers

In a bowl combine the 2 Bricks of Cream Cheese, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt, and i cup of Clam Nectar.  Blend until the ingredients are fully mixed together and starting to thicken.  This blending will take 3-4 minutes with a power mixer on medium … and will create quite a mess if you don’t slowly increase the speed of the mixer.

Crumble or Flake your Smoke Salmon into small pieces no bigger than the tip of your finger.

Start mixing the ingredients again very slowly and gradually add the smoked salmon and 1/2 cup of cappers (if you like capers).  If the mixture is too dry add a bit more clam nectar.

Once completely mixed then put into the Refrigerator for 90 minutes … serve cold with your favorite cracker or bread.   CAUTION:  once your guests taste this amazing concoction you may have a fight over who gets to lick the bowl.
